class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Scientific <b>Unit for Business Innovation <\/b>is IFIC&#8217;s internal structure for the<b> promotion of knowledge and technology transfer<\/b> in collaboration with companies, technology institutes and other organisations.<\/p><p>The activities that the Unit carries out with other interested parties include:<\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\">Documentation and updating of the scientific and technical offer.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Dissemination of capabilities, infrastructures and transferable assets.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Maintenance of relational networks with other actors in the innovation ecosystem.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Participation in working groups.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Representation of IFIC in events and meetings in the field of innovation and technology transfer.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Management of expressions of interest from companies and other organisations in the capacities, infrastructures and assets.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Management of collaboration agreements.<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><p><b>The Unit offers IFIC research groups<\/b>, for the promotion and consolidation of technology transfer, a variety of services depending on the Technology Readiness Level:<\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\">Technology surveillance.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Identification of challenges in relation to capabilities.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Patentability studies.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Advice on protection strategy. Support in the drafting and management of patents and other forms of protection.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Coordination with the OTRI of the UV and the VATC of the CSIC.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Identification of public and private calls for project funding. Support for the preparation of applications.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Elaboration of presentation material of the technology.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Search for cooperation partners\/environment, verification and validation of designs.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Identification of standards and certification requirements.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Technical consultancy on standards and
